How it works:
.....You can visit the R Ranch
for up to TWO weeks EVERY single month, all year long. No Assigned weeks. Our owners boast that the R Ranch is
their "Home away from Home"
.....All
Reservations are made no more than 30 days in advance, so everyone has a chance for a particular date. You can
call a few days in advance to reserve for an upcoming weekend, but I prefer to call earlier to be sure I get a cabin. Summer
months/holidays are quite busy, so the 30 day call in can be important. Our polite, capable reservation clerks
Tracy and Lisa will assist you in reserving a cabin which suits your family and guests. Cabins range from sleeping 2-20
people. You may make another reservation once you have left the ranch from your current visit.
.....R
Ranch ownerships are available, but are limited. The Original 2,500 shares sold out in the early 1990's,
and we are handling resales only from owners who have a need to sell their share. The great news is that R Ranch
can NEVER be oversold, because the CCR's restrict shares to a maximum of 2,500 owners. By the limiting of ownerships,
we all can enjoy full usage. The only really busy time at the ranch is summer months/holidays & special events.
BONUS
If you own an RV, you can bring it
to the ranch and leave it there with FULL HOOKUPS, depending on space availability. You still have the choice
to use a cabin if you wish even though its preferred you use your own RV. The cost for leaving your RV can
be FREE if you use the "adopt a space" program. When you come up for a tour I will go into
all the details.
OPEN BOARD MEETINGS
Owners are encouraged to attend the monthly Board meetings. We can express concerns or get questions
answered and by attending we are supporting our elected board officials. Our Ranch Manager, Dennis Snyder will be there to
give a full update on the ongoing projects at the ranch. We have committees that oversee certain aspects of the
ranch. All owners are encouraged to get involved.
Quarterly
Newsletter
You will enjoy the newsletter, "The
Round-up" which is either mailed via our postal service or emailed to you. (email is preferred method)
The newsletters are very valuable as they address certain issues and help us to get to know our elected board members.
