R Ranch in the Sequoias in Johnsondale is a unique, one of a kind, 750 acre privately owned ranch located
within the awesome Sequoia National Forest. Just a short 10 minute drive to the "THE TRAIL
OF 100 GIANTS". The R Ranch is the Historic town of Johnsondale which was first establised in the
mid 1930's as "Mt Whitney Lumber Company". The photo to the right is the R Ranch sign to greet you to
the entrance of the ranch. R Ranch in the Sequoias is a short 26 mile drive just past KERNVILLE.

the "'resale" division. R Ranch in the Sequoias was establised in 1989 by developer Jeff Dennis as a "limited
shared ownership deeded interest project" THIS IS NOT A TIMESHARE
